When you shop with The Danish Pipe Shop we primarily use PostNord as our partner. After you have chosen your products and checked out, you have several options for delivery of your order. If we are to send your order abroad, please see the delivery-costs information. Note that for orders over DKK 2,000 incl. VAT you can choose to have delivery included.

Delivery included

When you buy for a total of more than DKK 2,000 incl. VAT we offer delivery included.
We decide how your order is delivered and deliver within a week (Danish address).

When you buy for a total of more than DKK 2,000 incl. VAT we offer delivery included. We decide how your order is delivered and deliver within a week (Danish address). Courier service is not part of this service.

2. COURIER
Our courier-service partner SDS provides day-to-day delivery in Denmark.

3. HOME
HOME is a service from PostNord where you will receive a tracking number and the parcel will be delivered to your door.

4. COLLECT
COLLECT is a service from PostNord where you will receive a tracking number and the parcel will be delivered to the nearest PostNord pick-up point chosen by you. That is, you get to choose the location that suits you best. This can be a post office, a petrol station or a grocer.

5. NORMAL POST
Here your parcel is sent as an ordinary letter/parcel (max. two kg), and you will NOT receive a tracking number. This service is at your own risk.

6. COLLECTION IN STORE
Here you can choose to collect your goods yourself. This service is used by many who want to secure a given item (while we are closed) or order something for others to collect for them. Once you have received confirmation from us, the item is ready. With this choice you naturally do not pay for shipping.

7. HOME ECONOMY
HOME, but only to the Faroe Islands and Greenland. Here a ship is used, so delivery takes longer. You will receive a tracking number and the parcel will be delivered to your door.
